Please join us for, Bring It In: How Coaching Strategies Can Improve Firm Culture, an event at the 2019 NALP Annual Education Conference in San Diego, California.
Though coaching is quickly becoming a “must have” for law firm PD, it’s not always possible to hire an outside counselor. Thankfully, lawyers can be taught specific coaching techniques that will improve their overall skill in giving feedback, mentoring, and collaboration. The speakers will share best practices for integrating key coaching best practices—including active listening, open-ended questions, and a nonjudgmental stance—into mentoring programs, the associate evaluation process, and the overarching goal of creating a more inclusive and collaborative culture within the firm.
