PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Workplaces have become increasingly heterogeneous, requiring managers to adapt by developing different skills and tactics to build, manage, and nurture, high-performing diverse, multi-generational teams. Management styles and techniques that were commonplace in the past may no longer meet current HR standards or employee expectations.
