Position Overview

Greiner Consulting Group (GCG) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced consulting firm. This highly visible role serves as a central operational and administrative partner to firm leadership and coaches, supporting the day-to-day execution of client service, business operations, marketing coordination, scheduling, HR administration, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, technologically savvy, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. This individual will work closely with leadership, coaches, vendors, and clients, while serving as an operational hub for the organization.

This position requires exceptional judgment, adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to independently manage operational responsibilities.

Key Qualifications

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong client-service orientation and professional demeanor
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Interest in consulting, coaching, HR, talent development, recruiting, or professional services environments preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with accounting, payroll systems, and database management software preferred
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Experience editing a wide range of written materials and website management is a plus.

Salary range ($55-$73k) commensurate with training and experience.
